What we collect
From website forms: name, phone, Telegram, preferred contact method, rental dates and place, the chosen car and your comment. A buyout request also includes city, type of work and desired payment; a car owner request includes the make, model and year of the car.
Account and loyalty programme
When you sign in with Telegram we receive your Telegram ID, name and username — no password needed. Your account stores requests and rentals, points, your referral link and invited friends, and, if you play the game, your leaderboard name and results.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. They collect anonymised visit data — pages, device, traffic source — so we can see which ads work. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Why
To answer your request, confirm availability, draw up the rental agreement, award and redeem points, run the game leaderboard and improve the website and advertising.
Who we share it with
Requests reach our manager via Telegram; data is stored on our server. Anonymised statistics go to the analytics services listed above. We share data with others only when required by the law of the Republic of Belarus. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer your request, perform the agreement and run your account, and for the periods required by law for contracts and accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent and request deletion — call us or write in Telegram. We will delete the data from our records except what the law requires us to keep.
